SAMPLE MODE OF YOUR DAILY USEFUL PRACTICES TOGETHER WITH HYLS
Morning
Awakening and body preparation
  • Awakening.
  • Utepa Mudra (for this, in the evening, place a glass of water near the bed).
  • Toilet and water procedures: washing, brushing your teeth and tongue, shower or semi-bath.
Physical activity
  • Meditation.
  • Warming up (you can swap them if you find it easier to meditate after a warm-up).
  • Kaoshiki (you can dance at any time of the day, but not on a full stomach).
  • Washing or shower (or contrast shower).
  • Asanas are best performed on an empty stomach (either 2.5-3 hours after a meal).
    Immediately after the asanas, you should not exercise, drink (for 10 minutes), eat food (for 30 minutes), and wash (for an hour).
Afternoon
Maintaining a comfortable state
  • Drinking enough water (if necessary, you can set reminders and alarm clocks).
  • Eliminating snacks and eating at about the same time
  • Kaoshiki (optional).
  • Warming up (during the day or instead of the morning exercise).
Evening
Taking care of the health state
  • Meditation.
  • Asanas.
  • Dinner (these two points can be swapped. Remember that it is not recommended to perform asanas for 2.5-3 hours after a meal).
  • Preparing for the next day.
  • Hang up (do not forget to ventilate the room so that you could sleep more comfortably).
Of course, it is almost impossible to predict in advance how your whole next day will develop. We hope that these simple tips will help you to plan your practices not only usefully, but also comfortably for you individually.
